If your wish to order some from presented products, please check first if is the product temporary in stock and get in touch with us in Contact page, by E-MAIL or WhatsApp number +38 640 841 861 so we’ll provide you the information about how to order and pay for the products you want.

I am having trouble placing an order

We apologize for any difficulty you may have had while placing your order. Please contact us so we may assist you. EMAIL US or call us at +386 4084 1861 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 6pm CET.

How can I pay for my order

We apologize but recently we are not able to receive any payments by credit card or PayPal.

  • BANK TRANSFER - You can place your order by e-mail with all your details and we will send you back an INVOICE with the payment details.  

  • PAYMENT AT DELIVERY - for all domestic orders in Slovenia you can pay at delivery to postman or in postal office.

International orders and shippings

International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival.
When ordering from us, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. We do not collect duties and taxes, and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

When is my order going to ship?

Standard orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.

My package was lost

If your package was lost or did not arrive please contact us on EMAIL US  or CALL US  at WhatsApp +386 4084 1861 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 6pm CET.

My order arrived damaged, please help!

We're sorry to hear that a product of your order was damaged. In order to further assist you, please EMAIL US a photo of your damaged items and a screenshot of the packaging slip so we can assist in replacing your item.
